General Qualifications: Currently enrolled as an active university student from a related major. Available for a 6-month internship, starting August 2026. Graphic Designer Intern Job Description: Translate a design brief into a visual concept for advertisements and marketing promotional materials. Qualifications: Majoring in Visual Communication Design. Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator savvy. Basic motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus. 2. Marketing Intern Job Description: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. Organize events, activations, or product launches. Assist in creating and managing marketing content for digital channels marketing. Qualifications: Majoring in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or a related field. Good communication and organizational skills. Creative mindset and digital savvy. 3. Public Relations Intern Job Description: Assist in managing internal and external communication activities. Conduct media monitoring, reporting, and communication analysis. Assist in CSR initiatives, crisis communication handling, and press conference. Qualifications: Majoring in Public Relation, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication skills and highly organized. Proficient in media management, public relations, and event coordination. 4. Business Analyst Intern Job Description: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (e.g., sales, market trends, customer behavior, and operations). Support commercial and channel execution projects across offline retail or e-commerce platforms. Assist in sales operations activities, including promotion, pricing, competitor monitoring, and store visits. Qualifications: Majoring in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong data analysis and communication skills. Familiar with marketplace ecosystems is a plus. 5. Distribution Analyst Intern Job Description: Ensure standardized business processes and product quality across Distribution Center. Analyze data for improvement projects in logistic & warehouse processes. Assist project implementation, monitoring, and coordination across operational activities. Qualifications: Majoring in Industrial Engineering or related fields. Interest in Supply Chain, warehousing, or transportation. Proficient in data analysis using Excel and Looker Studio. 6. Project Engineer Intern Job Description: Support engineering projects related to utility, mechanical, or preventive maintenance activities. Assist in project execution, monitoring, reporting, and technical documentation. Analyze operational data to support improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Majoring in Engineering. Proficient in Ms Office and AutoCAD. Good data analysis skills using Excel or Spreadsheet. 7. Mechanical Drafter Intern Job Description: Create 2D / 3D technical drawings and project documentation. Assist in preparing RAB and weekly reports. Support project site supervision and monitoring. Qualifications: Majoring in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. Proficient in AutoCAD. Understanding of technical drawing standards, mechanical systems, and basic fabrication processes. 8. Civil Engineer Intern Job Description: Supervised projects, tracking progress and reporting. Support technical drawing, structure analysis, RAB calculation, and project documentation. Qualifications: Majoring in Civil Engineering. Proficient in AutoCAD; SAP2000 / ETABS is a plus. Understanding of structural engineering, construction work, technical drawings, volume calculation, and RAB. Familiar with basic construction materials and field supervision activities. 9. Automation & Instrumentation Engineer Intern Job Description: Support PLC and HMI programming. Assist in electrical wiring, calibration scheduling, and troubleshooting. Prepare reports and support 5R implementation. Qualifications: Majoring in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Instrumentation Engineering. Understanding of PLC / HMI programming, electrical wiring, instrumentation, and sensor / transmitter systems. 10. Electrical Engineer Intern Job Description: Support electrical modelling, maintenance, and improvement projects. Assist in wiring, troubleshooting, modelling, and on-site execution. Prepare BoQ, reports, and maintenance documentation. Qualifications: Majoring in Electrical Engineering. Understanding of electrical power, motor control, wiring diagrams, and electrical drawings. Proficient in AutoCAD / Revit or other BIM / electrical design software. 11. Corporate Sustainability Intern Job Description: Conduct research and analysis on sustainability, ESG, and regulations. Develop sustainability initiatives and business plans aligned with company goals. Coordinate and execute improvements on waste management systems while aligning with local regulations. Qualifications: Majoring in Law (Business / Environmental), Business Management, or a related field. Understanding of corporate sustainability, FMCG or manufacturing sectors, circular economy principles. Able to conduct market research, synthesize data, and assist in drafting structured business plans or frameworks. 12. Human Resources Management Intern Job Description: Support HR operations, including performance management and manpower administration. Assist in employee data management, reports, and organization structure updates. Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and company culture campaigns. Qualifications: Majoring in Psychology, Management, Communications. Detail-oriented with good analytical and communication skills. Interested in employee engagement, wellbeing, and company culture initiatives. 13. Packaging Regulatory Intern Job Description: Monitor and summarize export regulatory updates for consumer goods products. Conduct competitor benchmarking for export packaging. Maintain and update export sample databases, including labeling and product information. Qualifications: Majoring in Food Technology, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering. Knowledge of regulatory requirements is preferred. Proficient in Excel or Spreadsheet tools. 14. Procurement Intern Job Description: Support product MID (Material ID) creation processes related to PR / PO preparation. Coordinate product sample and approval processes with the Marketing team. Support procurement process standardization, follow-up, and operational documentation. Qualifications: Majoring in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Attention to detail, proactive, and solution-oriented.
